Generating a dump of crash with Sunbelt Vipre Antivirus

You can generate the Crash Dump using drwtsn32.exe.

1) Run drwtsn32.exe which should load the Dr. Watson UI.
2) Check Create Crash Dump File and set the Crash Dump Type to Full.
3) Note, or set, the locations of the Log File Path and Crash Dump so you can find them.
4) Click OK to close Dr. Watson and save these settings.
5) Using Task Manager or other process viewer tool find the Process ID for the SBAMSvc.exe process when it is using 100% CPU.
6) From a command prompt run drwtsn32.exe -p [pid of sbamsvc.exe] to crash the service and create the dump file.
7) Send us the .dmp file located in the folder in step 3.
