Vista Performance Issues

Sunbelt Software sbamsvc.exe sometimes eats up 100% of cycles - disabled System Suite and restarted windows firewall (note yesterday, started it all up (reenabled) and ran a full virus finding a virus in an old CAG backup - so that was worth it - but this has got to be fixed or we have no antivirus

Looked at windows event logs and found wealth of info on what was broken and stumbling in the past - here found out that outlook fails all the time, a couple of sql instances can't be conntected to (small business contact manager in particular) etc. Also there's a side-by-side I must figure out because it might be what hangs system suite

Installation of cvsnt is bad, so there's an error each time it tries to start- uninstalled this - I knew I had to use XP to get at those files on sourceforge
